Deposit & Full Payment

- Please deposit 30% of the total money of tour price plus 3% fee of the bank confirmation service for your account. The deposit will be practiced right after we make an agreement of your booking services to guarantee your tour program with Eco Travel.

- We will confirm your receipt of your deposit via email. The balance will be made at our office when you arrive Viet Nam by cash or credit card.

 

By Credit Card:

- We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, International Cards. Please be advised that there is a surcharge of 3% for Visa, Master, ACB Card payment. Kindly follow the following instructions to complete the payment process. After receiving yours, we will send you an invoice for your accounting purpose by fax or email.

- Print out the " Form of Authorization letter" and fill out all required information.

- Kindly note that the charge of your card will be appeared as Eco Travel Co, Ltd. Please send Authorization letter to fax number : ++ 84 54 829391 or send by email to : gotoeco@dng.vnn.vn
