Day 1: Half day city tour & local life exploration - Homestay in Hue (LD)

Am: Today our guide and driver welcome you at your hotel in Hue and start your trip to visit special of Hue City - where is known as a Heritage city with a green color all streets. Firstly you will have a dragon boat trip along Perfume River. There will have no scene in other cities cover green along two sides bank and a wonderful picture as Perfume River in Hue city. You will have a chance to visit Thien Mu pagoda - lies on the North bank of this famous river. An ancientest pagoda and tower as well as its history will give you a knowledge of the first visiting site in Hue. Next you are transferred back city centre to discover the complex of Imperial of Nguyen reign where includes the Forbidden Purpple City of Nguyen King from year 1802 to 1945. It still remains the architecture of Royal Palace where the King and family worked and lived. You will visit Noon Gate, Five Phoenix Tower, Thai Hoa Palace, Mieu Temple, Ancient Museum, Nine Urn Dynasty ... have lunch at restaurant.

Pm: After your lunch, guide and driver will take you to the surrounding of Hue city to have an night at a local house in a tranquil village. On the way to the countryside house, you will stop at a local school to visit and know how children in Hue city go to school. On arrival, check in home. Then guide will take you to go around the village to learn more of the farmer's life and their work. This is an opportunity for you to communicate with people to know more of daily life, their thought ... After that you are back the home where you spend night to prepare for your dinner. Maybe you will be with member in family to collect vegetables in the garden to cook your dinner. An interesting way to learn Vietnamese daily dishes and help to cook dinner in wooden cooker. Taste your dinner with family and talk with family members about everything in the simple life of people in countryside. You will get more experience of the way people keep their traditional life in the special way of Hue people and do not affect much of modern life as in city centre.

Day 2: More discovery of Hue charming (B)

Am: Maybe you will not get up early, but you will have a feeling of early starting day in the village. Everyone goes for work on field early. Have breakfast at home. You have more time to walk around the garden and know more of different trees. Walk around the village to get more experiences of the countryside's life and work. Then you leave the home and continue your trip around Hue city to explore more of different beauties like the complex of Tu Duc mausoleum and Minh Mang mausoleum. With two tombs but you will get different views, architecture ... as well as Hue people conception. You are back hotel at noon. End of tour.

This tour will help you to communicate and stay at stilthouse of Ta Oi ethnic people - One of the way to understand more of Viet Nam minority people, traditional cultures, traditional foods and lifestyle in Central Viet Nam. This is an unforgetable trip to combine forest adventure and ethnic people which should be visited in Hue - the Central of Viet Nam.

Itinerary detail:

Day 1: Hue - ALuoi & home stay (LD)
Am: After breakfast at your hotel. Our guide and driver will welcome you at hotel in Hue city and transfer you to ALuoi District - 70 km far away from Hue. Along the way to A Luoi you have chance to admire the spectacular and natural sights on two sides of the road as well as houses of Ka Tu minority people and Ta Oi minority people. On arrival ALuoi Town, have lunch at local restaurant.

Pm: You go on your trip to minority village where you meet ethnic people. It takes you more 10km to A Hua village where you will spend your night on Stilthouse. Check in stilthouse upon you arrive. Take a short break, then you will have a wandering around the ethnic village of Ta Oi to visit Ta Oi lifestyle, weaving cloth, weaving bamboo ... agricultural activities of Ta Oi people as well as observe and learn the way they make their unique products. Tonight is a chance for you to taste traditional foods and enjoy cultural performance of traditional music and dance by Ta Oi ethnic people. Ovenight at stilthouse in A Hua village.

Day 2: Hamburger Hill trekking - Hue (B)
Am: This morning is one of the opportunity for you to get up early in the mountain area to refresh the air in the highlight. You can learn more of early morning life of local people and atmosphere here. After that you check out stilthouse and back A Luoi town centre to have breakfast at local restaurant. This morning you will take time to visit a local school for more information of children study in this mountainous area. Here you will visit the campus of local school, meet local minority children to get their friendliness and sincere. Although the conditions to school are so difficulties for many reasons, they try to go to school everyday. Next you start your trekking time to Hamburger Hill - also well - known as nickname 937 hill during America - Viet Nam war. You will trek about 2 hours from the foot to the top of the hill and walk back. Beautiful landscapes of forest, rich wildlife of plants, trees and animals help you to have more knowledge of tropical forest. Especially from the top the Hill you will have the whole panorama of old airport, valley, overlooking the Green Corridor forest. Visiting A Luoi and Hamburger will make you an interesting impression of the place had war in the past but now it changes alots after the war. This is also a way for you to see the changes and developments of Vietnam in general and Hue province in specific. After trekking guide and driver will transfer you back Hue city.

Pm: You arrive Hue city in the afternoon. Along the way you will see more of beautiful landscapes of streets, trees and local people. Tour end of at your hotel or your drop site for you to travel to next destination.
