      - Please read carefully the terms and conditions regulated by Eco Travel Co before registering the tour  programs. Sincerely thanks!     

Deposit & Full Payment

      - Please deposit 30% of the total money of tour price plus 3% fee of the bank confirmation service for your account. The deposit will be practiced right after we make an agreement of your booking services to guarantee your tour program with Eco Travel.

      - We will confirm your receipt of your deposit via email. The balance will be made at our office when you arrive Viet Nam by credit card or cash.

Program cancellation:

        - Please supply us your phone or fax when you have cancellation of  your tour or services.  We will accept your cancellation on the date  we receive your notification. Due to your hotel, air tickets and other services’  charges:

        - You will have to pay 15% on the total price of the tour together with the bank fees result from this cancellation when you make your cancel of the tour booking before 25 days since the starting day of the land tour.

        - You will have to pay 25% on the total price of the tour  plus bank fees if you cancel your booking with us before 21 days since the starting day of the land tour.

        - You will loose all your deposit with us  if you cancel later 21 days since the starting day of the land tour.

       - In case there are several weather conditions we will discuss and offer you to have an alternative program with equivalent services’ quality of old program. Otherwise we will refund you a part of the cost.  We will not accept  to have to pay any compensation for over fees on the total cost we received from you.

Refund:

Normally depending  on the time of tour cancellation which we mentioned above,  we will refund you the rest  cost of your deposit with us.

For refunding we will transfer back to your bank’s account  and you must  pay the bank fees which we return to you.

Group Discounts:

            15 – 19 pax : 5% discounts

            20 – 29 pax : 7% discounts

            30 pax up : 10% discounts

 Children discounts:

            FREE CHARGE for under 2 years old.

            From 2 – 9 years old, 30% discounts .

            From 10 up, full charge will be applied.
