Cycling trip around Hoi An countryside is an exciting experience to discover and feel the real life of farmers in Central Vietnam. Tra Que vegetable village cycling tour is a good one for you to take a day to visit. Just ride a bicycle about 4 kms outside Hoi An Ancient Town to the countryside; you can have a wonderful time with the local family besides visits this heritage ancient town. Spend a half day to visit the tranquil village, be a farmer and learn how plant as well as cook daily dishes of local people. Let come and enjoy it!
At 8.00 am, our guide welcomes you at the hotel and starts to make a bicycle trip to the countryside of Hoi An Town. Riding on bike you can see the tranquil atmosphere of the country in one of places of Vietnam Central. On arrival Tra Que Organic village, you have a walk through and visit the garden where local farmers work on their farm and use the traditional methods without having electrical machines support. Next, you are under the instruction of household; he will show you how to prepare and make the land, you fertilize green manure before growing vegetables. Watering the vegetables, which you have just grown, is the last activity in the procedure of planting them. After that, you pick fresh saw-tooth coriander and Vietnamese mint for your cooking lesson later. You have about 20 minutes to relax by soaking your feet in Vietnamese herbs. This is one of the ways to refresh ourselves after the hard time in garden of Vietnamese. Working together with the family chief, you learn the traditional ways in preparing and cooking local Vietnamese dishes. You have your lunch with dishes you cook together with the family after class. At 13.00 pm, you leave the family and back Hoi An town. End of tour.
