Day 1: Luang Prabang arrival. ½ day city tour. O/n in Luang Prabang

Am: Depending on your arrival flight time, our guide and driver pick you up at the airport and transfer you to centrally located hotel. Luang Prabang is perhaps the best-preserved traditional city in Southeast Asia. The tranquility and charm of this town with its splendid natural scenery and cultural sights make it one of the most delightful places to visit in Laos. Have lunch at restaurant.

Pm: In the afternoon you will visit the impressions of WatVisoun and the shrine of Wataham, WatXiangthong. You then climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded status as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, we explore Street Night Bazaar where you can find the lovely collection and handmade textile by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. Have dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Visit Pak Ou Caves & Khouangsi waterfall. O/n in Luang Prabang

Am: This morning you may want to wake up early and participate in the daily early morning ritual of saffron-clad monks with their black Alms-giving bowls being given offerings from the local people, including the ubiquitous sticky rice. Have breakfast at hotel. After that you are transferred to boat pier for boarding a cruise upstream on the Mekong river which also gives us a taste of the tranquil countryside and an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. Along the way, we stop at Ban Xang Hai to visit the rice wine distillation. Have lunch at restaurant.

Pm: This afternoon you continue driving to the beautiful Khoangsi waterfall where you can splash around in the pools or walk along the forest paths, return to Luang Prabang by late afternoon and continue to Ban Phanom, a well-known weaving village, return to the city by late evening for observing the sunset at Wat Siphouthabath. Have dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Luang Prabang city tour & Transfer to Vang Vieng by road. O/n in VangVieng

Am: Have breakfast at hotel. This morning you will visit the National Museum at the former Royal Palace which displays a lovely collection of the artifacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the early kings right through the last sovereign and the Central market are not to be missed. After visiting these sights in the morning, the driver and guide take you to Vang Vieng. Have lunch at restaurant on the way.

Pm: You go on your journey to Vang Vieng. Along the way you can have an overview of Laos landscapes and local life. Arrive in Vang Vieng in the evening. Have dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4: Visit Vang Vieng & Transfer to Vientiane by road. O/n in Vientiane

Am: Have breakfast at hotel. This morning guide and driver will take you to visit sightseeing in Vang Vieng. You will visit Jang Cave, Iom cave. On the way to Vang Vieng you stopover to visit Mor village – the fishing village. Have lunch at NumNgumlake.

Pm: In the afternoon you on visiting Anousavari and enjoying the sunset on Mekong River for the panorama of beautiful landscapes. Have dinner at restaurant. At night you are free to walk around Vientiane for more exploration. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5: Vientiane city tour & Flight back Luang Prabang. O/n in Luang Prabang

Am: Have breakfast at hotel. This morning guide and driver take you to make city tour to visit WatPrakeo, WatSisaket, That Luang temples for more exploration of Lao cultures and unique architectures of these temples. Have lunch at restaurant.

Pm: In the afternoon you take a short visit at the local market for more explore of daily life here. Then you will be dropped off at the airport for taking flight back Luang Prabang. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Have dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6: Luang Prabang free time & departure

Am: Have breakfast at hotel. This morning, you have free time to relax and more walking around streets for more exploration. Depend on your flight time; the driver drops you off the airport for taking flight departure. End of tour.
