Sunday Market Tour | Duration: 3 DAYS 4 NIGHTS

The night before: At 21:00 pm, our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Ha Noi train station for getting night train to Lao Cai on train – SP3 depart at 22:00 pm - AC soft sleeper (tourist cabins). Overnight on train.

Day 1: Arrive Lao Cai – Sa Pa – Explore minority villages in Sa Pa – Enjoy herbal bath. O/n in Sapa 

Am: The Chapa train arrives Lao Cai Train Station at 06:10 am. Our guide and driver will pick you up at train station with welcome sign “Eco Nature Travel” and take you to hotel in Sapa for a short rest. Have breakfast at hotel. Next, our guide and driver will take you to Sa Pa town. Sa Pa, a highland town around with the covering clouds like a picture make you to have an interesting feeling when you step your foot to get it wonderfully by your eyes. This morning, you will explore Lao Chai Village, following the road down the hill. Views of the Muong Hoa Valley and magnificent surroundings of mountains and rice terrace fields seen from this road. Along the road, people from many ethnic groups (H’mong, Zay, and Red Dao) likely to be met, and there are stalls along the way that serve tea, fruits, and sweets. Soon after turning off the main road and taking a local path, you will arrive in the Black H’mong village of Lao Chai, where you will experience the daily life of the villagers. After that, we walk from Lao Chai to Ta Van village where the Zay hill tribes live. Here, you trek around the village to get more exploration and to see daily activities of local people. Have lunch at the restaurant.

Pm: This afternoon, you will visit Ta Phin where you can meet Red Dao people (the most colorfull people in Sapa). You will walk around Ta Phin village where 2 ethnic groups, Black Hmong and Red Dao minorities, live their own way with no cultural mixture, experience how different they are in many ways by visiting their house and interact with the locals. Next, take your time for a herbal bath. Red Dao people will boil a collection of fresh and dried plants and bark in a water filled giant wok, over a charcoal fire. Then this water will be transferred to a wooden barrel tub and ready for you to come and soak your bones in the Dao traditional bath and wash away your aches, pains, worries and woes all at once in the privacy of a separate bathhouse. Check in your hotel in Sapa. Relax at hotel or walk around the town for more explore… Free to have your own dinner. At night, you can visit Sapa Night Market to see the specific activity feature of this highland. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 2: Discover Fansipan Moutain at 3,143 metres – Visit Cat Cat Village. O/n in Sa Pa

Am: Have breakfast at hotel. This morning, you will discover Fansipan, the highest peak of Indochina mountains. It normally takes people one or two days to reach the peak of Fansipan mountain on foot. However, you will take The three-rope cable car system which carry you from the bottom to the highest point of the mountain in 15-20 minutes. From there, you can enjoy the scenery and magnificent views to Sapa area and beautiful landscape of Lai Chau province. Then, you will be transferred back to Sapa to have lunch at the restaurant.

Pm: This afternoon, you will visit Cat Cat Village with beautiful landscapes and more experiences of tribe people here with black H’mong people family and discover their real life. You will walk down to the waterfall and Hydrogen power station built by French. You can have a chance to enjoy for more understanding of their cultures. Back your hotel. Free to relax at hotel or walk around the town for more explore. You can visit stone church which is located in the heart of Sapa town built by the French from the early 20th century or enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountain and the valleys surrounding. Free to have your own dinner. At night, you can visit Sapa Night Market to see the specific activity feature of this highland. Overnight at Sa Pa.

Day 3: Sapa – Explore Sunday market – Lao Cai – Take night train back Ha Noi. O/n on train

Am: After your breakfast at your hotel, you will travel to Bac Ha which is 100 kms Northeast of Sa Pa. The ride is relatively flat from Lao Cai to Bao Nhai where you will be taken through rural area. Bac Ha is the largest market in the area, situated inside the small town of Bac Ha. On every Sunday mornings, it is literally a riot of color as many different ethnic groups such as Flower Hmong, Phu La, Black Dao, Tay, Nung minorities, etc who gather to buy and sell useful goods for daily life and handicraft products. After spending the whole morning exploring the market, you will have your lunch at a restaurant.

Pm: This afternoon, you will enjoy a walking tour to surrounding villages of H’Mong and Tay Minorities (Ban Pho Village) for more discoveries of ethnic people here and their cultures as well. The life on mountainous area will give you more experiences of the living way on highland area in the Northern Vietnam. Then our guide and driver take you to Lao Cai Train Station for getting night train return Ha Noi City. Check in mini hotel for shower and relax. Free to have your own dinner. Get on train- SP4 depart at 21:05 pm- A/C soft sleeper (Tourist cabins). Spending night on train.

Next morning: Am: The train arrives Ha Noi train station at about 05:22 am, our guide and driver will pick you up at station (outside) and take you to check in hotel in Ha Noi. End of tour. Good bye and see you again.
